Dr Pierce is currently Module Lead for the Counselling Module of the MSc in Genomics course. She also leads the Family History Workshop for the Intro Module to the Genemoc Medicine Programme.
Her teaching style focusses on proof of principle through applicaiton of didactic concepts to real-life scenarios. Dr Pierce encourages interactive learning thorugh student practice of learned skills and student reflection.
