Coaching has seen a dramatic growth in recent years. Originating in sport, coaching has migrated into business life and an increasing number of organisations around the world are using coaches as an integral approach to leading and developing staff. Keith Nelson is ICE’s panel tutor for coaching and leadership. He is a highly experienced executive and life coach, having set up his own coaching business over a decade ago. Keith's main areas of work are 1:1 coaching, team coaching, supervision and training individuals to be coaches.
