A weekend course, held entirely in French, focused on various topics illustrated through literature and art, often related to present cultural events, and aimed at language improvement. The texts, chosen from a wide range of classic and modern writers, will be used as a basis for discussion throughout the sessions. A variety of audio-visual documents will enlighten the weekend theme and expand the knowledge of French culture. These advanced courses are designed for those with a good mastery of French and all the students will be expected to undertake prior reading to actively participate in the course.
