Focusing on solutions for handling biological data, this course will cover introductory lessons in data exploration in R, statistical analyses, and reproducibility. The teaching of R will begin with the basic steps and progress onto using some of the most popular R packages for data manipulation and visualisation. No prior programming/coding knowledge required.
