The Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Practice in Architecture (The Cambridge Part 3 Course and Examination) has validation from the ARB and RIBA for graduates who have obtained RIBA/ARB Parts 1 and 2 or have confirmation of Parts 1 and 2 equivalence from the ARB. The aim of the course is to act as a forum for discussion of certain major concerns of the profession as well as providing preparation for the examination.

Assessment

The assessment comprises several elements. To successfully complete the course the candidate will need to pass all elements:

  • Professional Experience Development Record
  • Personal Statement and CV
  • Case Study
  • Written Examination (Papers 1 + 2)
  • Oral Examination

Unless otherwise stated, teaching and assessment for ICE courses are in English. If your first language is not English, please refer to our Information for Applicants pages for further guidance.
