Coaching has seen a dramatic growth in recent years. Originating in sport, coaching has migrated into business life and an increasing number of organisations around the world are using coaches as an integral approach to leading and developing staff. Here at ICE, we offer a growing range of coaching courses, for newcomers to the subject and for those who have studied or worked in the area before.
Part-time qualifications in Coaching
Undergraduate Certificate in Coaching provides you with the opportunity to develop skills in coaching other people within your chosen sphere of activity. It is an entry-level course and is suitable for all levels including those who have been coaching but who have no formal qualifications. It focuses on coaching processes and techniques, together with the theories that underpin them. There are two intakes each year: one in September and one in March.
Undergraduate Diploma in Coaching allows you to further develop your skills in coaching, giving you the knowledge, skills and confidence required to provide effective coaching interventions in a range of environments. It follows on from, and builds upon, the Certificate course and provides a clear progression route for those wishing to develop their coaching practice.
Bursaries and student loans available
If you are new to higher education, you could be eligible for a bursary award. You will also be able to pay your fees in instalments, and you may also have access to part-time student loans.
