Institute of Continuing Education

We offer a limited number of bursaries to eligible students who wish to study selected courses with the Institute. The bursaries will continue to be available for as long as funds remain.

Fees for individual courses are outlined on the relevant course web pages. Most fees are payable in full on enrolment although there is an option to pay in instalments on some courses.

The Data Protection Act 1998 sets out rules for processing personal information. It applies to some paper records as well as those held in electronic form.

ICE welcomes applications from disabled students and makes every effort both to anticipate and to make reasonable adjustments to meet the needs of disabled participants.

The University is committed to the principle and promotion of freedom of speech and expression, and has a long tradition of seeking to safeguard them. Under section 43 of the Education (No.2) Act 1986, universities are required to issue a Code of Practice.

The University is subject to the Health and Safety at Work Act. The University has a safety policy in accordance with section 2(3) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

It is possible to pay for some courses offered by the Institute of Continuing Education (ICE) by bank transfer or company invoice. Where this option is available, it will be made clear in the course materials and on the online payment page.
