‘The University’s International Summer Programmes are an embodiment of our mission “to contribute to society through the pursuit of education, learning, and research at the highest international levels of excellence”. We were pioneers in the creation of International Summer Schools, welcoming overseas students to their own programmes as early as 1923. Today, these programmes continue to reflect the teaching excellence for which Cambridge is recognised. In this changing world, it is crucial that we retain and nurture a lifelong ability to interact within an international community, and to challenge our own perspectives. That is exactly what we do in our International Summer Programmes, where students of all ages and from all backgrounds study together. I recommend them warmly, and invite you to apply.’
