This September, as part of the University's Open Cambridge weekend, we will be holding two historical tours of Madingley Hall gardens.
You will have the chance to discover how the gardens have evolved since they were laid out by Capability Brown in the 18th century. The tour will start in the north garden, taking in the meadow with its fine trees and topiary, before moving on to the landscaped walled garden with hazel walk, medicinal border and rose pergola.
