Holly makes poems, books and performances for museums, galleries and sites, including an orchard, an eighteenth-century crystal grotto and a passenger ferry called Matilda. She has performed her poetry and short stories on BBC Radio 4 and at the Royal Albert Hall for BBC Radio 3 and worked as poet-in-residence for the Wordsworth Trust, Spike Island and the National Trust. Before joining Murray Edwards in 2019, Holly taught at the University of Bristol and worked as a Special Supervisor and Bye-Fellow at Newnham College, Cambridge where she completed her PhD. From 2016-17 she was a Visiting Research Fellow at the Henry Moore Institute, Leeds.
