In her professional life Juliet Adloune considers herself as a teacher and a leader. Effective communication is key to the impact of all her work including in her role as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
Juliet's delivery and facilitation style is calm, confident and inclusive, drawing on her extensive experience as an Educator and on a range of strategies to maintain engagement and maximise learning. She knows the importance of participants being able to enjoy the learning experience and this is a consideration even when delivering serious subject matters.
Juliet is a Homerton Alumna and has remained in Cambridge since her studies in Education and Music. She is a highly regarded Local Authority Improvement Adviser [supporting Primary Schools] with expertise and experience at all levels of teaching and leadership, including Headship. Juliet now also works in and around the Cambridgeshire region delivering the two day Adult MHFA course, the one day Adult MHFA Champion course and the associated Refresher courses.
