ICE offers a wide-range of part-time courses and qualifications which are University of Cambridge awards.

These procedures apply to all students taking a University of Cambridge award with the Institute of Continuing Education. 

ICE aims to handle complaints in a way which is sympathetic and fair and which encourages informal early resolution.
