Institute of Continuing Education (ICE)

For information on fees and funding for students from the European Union starting courses in England, please visit the University's Graduate Admissions page.

ICE Cancellations and Refunds policy information

Fees for individual courses are outlined on the relevant course web pages. Most fees are payable in full on enrolment although there is an option to pay in instalments on some courses.

As a student on an award-bearing course, you will be provided with a University of Cambridge card for the duration of your study. This gives access to University facilities (such as the University Library), other services and concessions.

A photo should be uploaded to your application form via Olympus or alternatively emailed to ICEUniversityCard@ice.cam.ac.uk. Postgraduate students email PG Admissions with a photo as it is part of their offer conditions.

It is possible to pay for some courses offered by the Institute of Continuing Education (ICE) by bank transfer or company invoice. Where this option is available, it will be made clear in the course materials and on the online payment page.

If you are paying for your course via funding from a third party, there are a number of things you should bear in mind before you apply.

If you are applying for a course with ICE, there are a number of funding opportunities which you may be eligible for.
