Institute of Continuing Education (ICE)

General overview:

The Institute of Continuing Education (ICE) cannot provide feedback or reasons for not offering admission, nor advise applicants on how to improve their application. Faculties or Departments are not obliged, but may agree to do so, and should be contacted directly.

ICE will not consider an appeal against an academic judgement of the decision makers. However, an admissions appeal can be made, using the procedure set out below.

The general process for the Admissions Appeals Procedure and the Admissions Complaints Procedure are as follows:



To submit an appeal or formal complaint, the applicant must contact the Head of Human Resources, Governance and Administration:
