Fee Status (MSts)

If you think you have been wrongly assessed for fee status you may seek a review by submitting a self-assessment questionnaire and supporting documents to the Admissions office. This questionnaire can be downloaded either from your Self-Service account or from the Fee Reassessment page

College allocation (MSts)

If you have a query or concern about your College allocation, you should contact your programme team in the first instance.

Academic decisions

The Institute of Continuing Education (ICE) cannot provide feedback or reasons for not offering admission, nor advise applicants on how to improve their application. Faculties or Departments are not obliged, but may agree to do so, and should be contacted directly.

ICE will not consider an appeal against an academic judgement of the decision-makers. However, an admissions appeal can be made, using the procedure set out below.

Admissions Complaints and Appeals Procedure

Before submitting an admissions appeal or complaint you are asked to read the Procedure.

To submit an appeal or formal complaint, you must complete an Admissions Complaints and Appeals Form and send this to the Director of Continuing Education (c/o the Quality Governance team):
