Institute of Continuing Education (ICE)

Join us for a residential weekend course at Madingley Hall this summer. You will have the opportunity to learn from some of our finest academics, and from one another other.

A typical weekend begins with a relaxed dinner on the Friday evening, followed by your first teaching session. The terrace bar will remain open so that you can meet other students and continue informal discussions, before heading off to bed.

Teaching starts again on Saturday morning after one of Madingley Hall's award-winning breakfasts. Saturday lunch is a served buffet and on that day the evening meal begins at 6.30pm, followed by a session at 8pm. On Sunday, the weekend ends with a served buffet lunch.

Sessions include the opportunity for lively classroom discussion, which can continue during refreshment breaks and over meal times. There will also be time to explore the beautiful landscaped grounds.

Existing Coronavirus regulations will be closely observed, so there are limits on class sizes.
