We're delighted to announce that bookings are now open for our 2023 Virtual Pre-University Summer Programme. The programme brings together high school students from across the globe to learn from some of our finest academics and subject specialists. The two-week virtual programme combines subject specific lectures with sessions on study skills, careers and how to apply to a UK University. There will also be the opportunity to take part in live sessions hosted by current University of Cambridge students, as well as exchanging ideas with fellow participants via our online forums.
Summer 2023 dates
This year we will be offering two entry points:
Option I: Monday 3 July to Friday 14 July 2023
Option II: Monday 24 July to Friday 4 August 2023
Providing high school students with a taste of undergraduate study
The programme is both intellectually stimulating and intensive, and consists of pre-recorded lectures and live Zoom sessions on a wide range of topics and disciplines, delivered by leading Cambridge academics and invited specialists. Talks are currently being finalised, but are likely to include topics which fall into the following subject fields:
Astronomy; Biology; Classics; Economics; Engineering; Evolution; History; History of Science; International Development; Literature; Philosophy; Physics; Politics and International Relations; Psychology; Sociology; Sustainability; Technology.
