Dr Robert Michael Kemp

I work as a professional coach (within higher education, educational organisations, and other varied contexts), a consultant (particularly around evaluating the impact of coaching in, and across, organisations), and a writer.  Currently I am also supervising on the MSt in Coaching within the Institute of Continuing Education of the University of Cambridge (ICE).  I am deeply interested in coaching - the practice of coaching as well as research which supports and underpins the profession.  

My teaching style reflects the belief that people think best, and learn best, in environments where there is shared interest, a spirit of inquiry, psychological safety and fun!
