Selwyn College

Facilities include: single en suite bedrooms, single shared bathroom bedrooms and a limited number of twin bedrooms; Wi-Fi access in bedrooms; bed linen and towels; laundry rooms, modern College bar; Chapel/prayer room

With its extensive and peaceful gardens backing onto the teaching site, Selwyn is very convenient for getting to lectures, as well as offering a choice of traditional and more modern rooms. The city centre is easily reached by a variety of walks past famous Cambridge landmarks.

Selwyn College was founded in 1882. Elegant Ann’s Court, completed in 2009, offers en suite bedrooms and is close to the red-brick Tudor-Gothic style of Old Court which has both en suite and shared bathroom rooms. Just across the road is refurbished Cripps Court, providing more modern en suite rooms. The extensive and beautiful gardens at the heart of the College provide a quiet place for relaxation.

Selwyn provides buffet-style dinners from the recently refurbished Servery. You can choose to eat in the main Dining Hall in Old Court or the smaller Borradaile Room nearby. Selwyn also provides a traditionally-served Formal Friday dinner at the end of each week. Breakfast is self-service in the Old Court Dining Hall.
