At ICE, Yannick offers short courses on positive psychology for coaches and "coaching at the edge", which is an invitation for practitioners to explore the boundaries of their approach, engage in ethical questions, and to learn about integration.
Yannick's teaching style is profoundly influenced by being a positive-existential coach, which means that he loves to share ideas and challenging questions, followed by holding a space within which students of all ages can ponder, discuss, wrestle or otherwise engage with new skills or ways of thinking, and integrate what they learn into their existing worldview. Yannick always aims to inspire and encourage groups and individuals to engage themeselves and each other, in pairs, small breakouts and as part of large groups or audiences, so that we grow together. After all, we grow through conversations, and through being in relation.
