Academic Centre Administrator x 5 (Fixed-term, 4x Full-time positions and 1x Part-time position)

Salary: £22,214 – £25,728 pa, (pro rata for the part-time position)

The University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education (ICE) delivers high quality and distinctive educational programmes for adult learners, predominantly studying on a part-time basis, for either personal enrichment or professional development. ICE aims to ensure that the expertise and resources of the University of Cambridge are made available to all students, irrespective of their previous educational achievements.

We wish to appoint various Academic Centre Administrators to focus on and provide administrative support to the Academic Centre Coordinators and Heads of Academic Centre Administration.

The successful candidates will have excellent organisational, IT and interpersonal skills with an innovative approach to developing and improving processes and delivery. S/he will have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to develop collaborative working relationships with a range of stakeholders. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines is essential.
