Ernesto 'Che' Guevara became a mythical figure during his lifetime. This course examines his career from the famous motorcycle journeys via his role in the Cuban Revolution to his death in Bolivia in 1967. It also explores his writings on revolution and guerrilla warfare and his influence on a generation of young Latin American revolutionaries in the 1960s.
