Alert:

This course has been cancelled. Please register your interest by using the ‘Ask a Question’ function and we will notify you when this course, or a similar course, is next run.

This course introduces experiential practice and background theory around awareness practices, and applies them to questions of ambition, stress and meaning in the workplace. It explores how they can be both practically helpful and potentially genuinely transformative for how people engage with their work, careers and organisational life. The course is strongly related to current interest in mindfulness, while opening up new and potentially deeper inquiries into the area.
