Institute of Continuing Education (ICE)
ICE offers a wide-range of part-time courses and qualifications which are University of Cambridge awards. The majority of these awards are referred to as ‘non-member awards’ as ICE students are not required to matriculate (i.e. become a college member).
The regulations which govern ICE non-matriculated students are outlined in the Student Handbook.

ICE also offers part-time postgraduate degrees where students are matriculated and become a member of a college. Matriculated students can access a range of academic and pastoral support via their college and subscribe to the University’s Statutes and Ordinances.
