Looking to pursue your love of learning, take the next step in your career or take your first steps along a new career path?  

We hosted an Undergraduate Virtual Open Day on 21 May 2024, where you could learn more about undergraduate study at the Institute of Continuing Education. There were informative sessions from our academics and academic support staff as well as live Q&As with our students and staff.

Introduction to the Institute: A welcoming address from Institute Director Dr Jim Gazzard,  
Course Portfolios and Pathways An overview of our undergraduate courses and pathways available to you as a learner from our directors of academic programmes.
The Student Experience: A rundown from our support teams about the resources available to learners, including funding and application support, student welfare and our virtual learning environment.
Live Q&A: An opportunity for you to ask questions of our staff and students.  
Academic / Student Discussion: A relaxed discussion between our academics and students about what lifelong learning means to them, and an opportunity to hear about their experience at the Institute.
