Building your startup using Agile Principles

This course focuses on empowering entrepreneurs to rapidly validate ideas, create MVPs, and iterate based on customer feedback. It will use agile business frameworks to show participants how to start and pivot quickly, manage cross-functional teams, and scale their startups while maintaining agility. Through real-world case studies, hands-on workshops, and collaborative exercises, learners will gain the skills to quickly build validated and adaptable, customer-focused businesses and develop scalable strategies for longer-term growth. Participants are encouraged to bring a start-up idea they want to develop to the programme. This is a 10-session course and must be taken with W110Pm06 in Week 1.
