Every cell in your body is genetically identical, but these cells are not all the same. This course investigates how cells know which genes to turn on and turn off, when to do this and how to regulate the process. It includes a bioinformatics practical exploring publicly available genetic information. Includes a practical in the Department of Genetics (1km, c.15 mins walk).
