09:30 Session 1: The fitness model – introduction to Strength, speed, power, flexibility, stamina and skills and their inter-relations in training and coaching
11:00 Coffee break
11:30 Session 2: Principles of training and periodization
13:00 Lunch
14:00 Session 3: Introduction to basic concepts in exercise bio mechanics and psychology
15:30 Coffee break
16:00 Session 4: Key assessment and monitoring tools and technologies
17:30 Day school ends
Take home activity (optional): Attending a training session
Students will be encouraged to attend a training session at a club of their choice and at their own time to consolidate the theories by some real examples from the field.
