Nothing determines business success (or failure) more than workplace culture. This is especially true with employee health and well-being, where bad culture can sabotage performance as well as the most thoughtfully designed people strategy. For business owners, or anyone in a people function, developing a strong culture and having a well-being plan has gone from ‘nice to have’ to an expense very few can afford to spare. This course is rooted in the psychology of well-being and organisational science to convey the essential elements of collaborative, resilient and thriving workplace culture. Giving a strong focus on the neuroscience of change management, we provide both a methodology for active culture design and the means to implement it.
